Cant remember now which one but there was a program that could divide FE into more than 2 panes. I can't stand those Cut &Paste. so many unnecessary moves comparing to just dragging.

Microsoft has been ignoring Power Users for years nothing new. I hardly ever use Windows built in tools, I have bought everyone of these. Check out the following tools:
xyplorer XYplorer - A Windows File Manager and Explorer Replacement
Xplorer2 xplorer² Windows File Manager (Explorer replacement)
and the best one of the lot, worth every single penny......... get yourself multiple licences if you can afford it.
Directory Opus
Then again I do buy a fair amount of software to use on my PC's.
While both XYplorer and Xplorer2 are interesting for different reasons, Directory Opus is a huge pig on resources, and I find it totally unusable due to it's startup time and cluttered UI, in my opinion...
I have fond memories of using Directory Opus on my Amiga 20 years ago, but it's just painful and has been for a long time on the PC. But, of course, your mileage may vary.
The creators of 'QT Tab Bar', who had put the project on hiatus for a time, have resurrected it due to the many requests for tabbed Explorer in Windows 10.
Their new beta version works quite well in W10 and has lots of features including preview flyouts for folders; so, forget the Navigation Pane, the Preview Pane and the Details Pane and get your full window showing.
If you want to try it out, get the Beta version, 1.5.0.0 Beta 2, here:
