That's what you see if you use a browser from anyone other than Microsoft. If you use Edge to go to http://catalog.update.microsoft.com/...px?q=KB3189866 you'll get this....

I get all of that, and when i click open with Internet Explorer I still get this:

Sorry I can't seem to delete the duplicate.

Ah! got you! There's a bug in AU that means that some sites don't recognise the browser version. I first saw it on Yahoo. There's a way round it, see the fix from lx07 on my thread here...
Yahoo says IE11 is an 'unsupported browser' since Anniversary Update

Ironic that it hit this MS site too. Hopefully this update will fix this (if it ever finishes downloading)

For the 3rd time, I left the update downloading at 95% at 10PM; woke up at 6AM to find WU had gone back to "Ready to Download". I downloaded the 430MB update from the MSFT Update Catalog (took less than a 5 min to download), installed it (less than 5 mins to install), rebooted, and it's all good.

I got that too. Possibly because something in the update services may have stopped and restarted? I clicked on Download and it carried on from where it left off at 95%.

So have I, but I'm waiting to see if windows update will ever complete. It's only been running 12 hours so far, I'll give up waiting at 24 hours.

This is weird. My internet speed is kind of slow but for me the whole thing was less than 20 minutes total for the complete download and restart. Oh well, I live near Albuquerque and we all know how Microsoft loves Albuquerque.
