According to other websites, this IS NOT an insider preview update, it is for everyone.

I am downloading it now.

I restarted my computer about 10 minutes ago and I have tried a lot of different features and everything is working great.

Come on folks if you are not an insider and have received an update then this has to be a public update sent out to all users of Windows 10. . .this isn't Astro Physics. . .:)

Shucks, I wanted to learn astro physics.

To clarify, my Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview is Version 1607, Build 14905.1000, so the Build numbers for IP are quite a bit larger than for the RTM versions.
