Both 934 and 936 auto downloaded and installed successfully on my Win10 Home PC today. I'm not an "insider", so I assume these are for everyone. I'm getting a popup on my desktop stating that there was an error initializing "Microsoft Security Client", but maybe a couple of restarts will fix this. Hopefully the EDGE browser is at least up to 2008 standards by now. Fingers crossed!
