All ready tried it and yes to me it seems a lot better than it did
What do you call a place that has the latest movies, TV, music, apps and games? The Windows Store of course! With the latest Windows 10 Anniversary Update the Windows Store is better than ever. Today, we’re giving you a quick tour around the new Store.
To find the Store, select the Windows key on your keyboard to bring up the Start menu and then click the Store tile. Or, if you’ve pinned the Store to your taskbar, you can select it that way. Once you open the app you’ll see the homepage with featured content and collections, top apps, games like Rise of the Tomb Raider, Gears of War: Ultimate Edition for Windows 10 and more.
You’ll also notice there are different sections within the Store. The sections are Home, Apps, Games, Music and Movies & TV. On the homepage of the Store, a great section to check out is the Today’s deals section. Scroll through to find offers on apps, games, music and movies and TV. There’s also a Top free apps section, where you can download apps including Netflix, Dropbox and Adobe Photoshop Express.
That’s just a quick look at the newly redesigned Windows Store, now it’s your turn to check it out!

It seems to be much better on the PC now. Initially after anniversary update if I went to updates section spinny blue circle would stay in middle which was annoying (albeit it was fully functional). Then the other week store received another update to latest version and it seems rock solid. Not so long ago app updates were prone to sticking from time to time which could really bugger up the native apps. But it's been very reliable of late. I hope they don't go updating it again anytime soon - if it ain't broke don't fix it!
