Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 14901 for PC Insider

I've just run into a major problem in this build.
I can't access settings, it opens up then crashes immediately. Event viewer shows this.

UPDATE

I just found that it only crashes if opening it from the taskbar.
Opening it from the Start Menu works fine.

Still dunno why event viewer offers so little in isolating the cause..technically this

UWP is a different animal when it comes to debugging, for sure!

Thanks for the links Superfly, I'll have a good read of them.

I also found out that only around half the modules in Settings work, if I click on the other half they open up and then Settings just closes down.

Doogie, I just checked Settings from Quick Launch and the Start Menu and both worked. I then pinned it to the Task Bar and everything works there too.

Our newest Guru, F14Tomcat is still waiting too, Dencal.

downloaded last night and just did the restart and all looks good, other machine still doesn't find the new build yet
did the change from fast to slow ring then back to fast ring with and without reboots and still didn't find new update on the other machine
