Announcing build 16.0.7167.2036 for Office 2016 Office

    is nobody else seeing this on 16.0.7167.2040. whereby office 16 click to run extensibility component is running/configuring (see screenshots earlier in thread) shortly after every login or reboot? It's happening on all our machines
