My PC says that Cumulative Update version 1511 is being installed. Hung at 5%, though the Task Manager says that the Windows Installer Component is working on something. Maybe it's mad at me for not having the Windows 10 Anniversary Update yet.
Just install 3176495 reboot I don't notice anything different so far. I did notice a SP1 for office 2013 among the many office updates
