I just removed it, uninstalled, it hosed my Office 2010 install, now I figure no biggie, either repair and or reinstall, noooo.......now erroring out on reinstall, ahhhhhh, need a clean windows 7 install anyway, been 2 years anyhow. With the upcoming release Id rather have an clean fresh win 7 pro install all ready. I liked the office preview 2016, but right now for prod machine I'm still gonna use Office 2010/2013. I have quite a few.
Nice to be here..........haven't posted in these forums much yet.

Oh, sorry, Python! Office 365 (the Preview) doesn't play nice with other installations; you have to remove Office 2010 while trying the Preview. That said, however, there are some folks who are able to run O365 and 2010/2013/etc. side by side. I don't know why that is, though.
I have several Office 2007/2010/2013 licensed versions, but chose to go with O365 because I have four computers, three of which are dual boot. I get five licences to O365 plus perpetual updates for $99.00 per year, so it makes sense for me. Not for the one or two computer user, though. The price for a single user (Personal) is $69.xx per year.

Yeah, I hear ya, I had both installs side by side, however I could only use 1 at a time. I cant really complain, I have an image from prior to 2016 install, just being lazy...........

Why do you feel gypped, Simrick? You have Microsoft Office 2016 Public Preview and you have the same build as those who have been testing it since around August 2014 and getting it to this stage for you.
For 149 days, you get to use the latest and greatest. You get automatic updates as they're ready without having to pay. Once the "trial period" expires, you have a choice of subscribing to Office 365 or going back to the Microsoft Office version you were already using.
I would seriously like to know why you feel cheated. Until this public preview with a trial subscription recently became available, everyone who tested Office 365 had to have a paid for subscription in order to test. I have a paid subscription to Office 365.

Oh! Sorry. Have you tried it before? And then uninstalled or anything?

Nope. This is my first and only install of it.
