It is a downloader that pulls the isos directly from the MS website - it is not a clone or anything.

Ok, I get you now, but the ISO right now is still the older release, until Aug 2nd.

For benefit of unaware users, you have to redownload the MCT as old copies are linked to previous versions.

Oh - just discovered the links to Techbench website are coming up with page cannot be found error.

I was expecting it to happen, but a few doom and gloomers were thinking otherwise. I do believe they have been slow to update it with new ISO's in the past. Which is frustrating for those wanting to do a clean install instead of an upgrade.

Not working for me at all. Worked once about 20-30 minutes ago, now all I get is this error:





My internet connections is fine as you can see since I'm connected and posting here.

My guess is Microsoft changed the location of the files, or changed the access permissions. Somebody mentioned in another thread that Tech Bench was down? Related maybe?

It's too late.

Guess we wait until 8/2/2016.
