Whoops my calcs weren't too accurate TC.

Seriously though, I really can't believe the increase in speed with this CU.

Might be my imagination, CCleaner,Tools - listing of installed apps comes up much faster. It, too, has to resolve that thumbnail. API?

The only place on my system where the icon loaded slowly, was where I stored ALL my 3rd party program installer, but I found if I zip the larger program installers(browsers, graphics programs, media players and such Windows doesn't try to read the content, and the icons(mostly zip folders) load much faster. I currently have 53 files & 5 folders in my installer folder. and it loads fast now:

I agree but for me it goes further than the icons.

Everything seems faster, bootup as well :)
Bootup seems to have been faster since Build 14393.0 was released . . . and getting faster.

After rebooting after installing the CU my lockscreen returned to default, however I rebooted again and it was back to my chosen one.

Well from posts here, it seems bug is still there for some. Not really a big deal. Main thing is you no longer get your email address flashed up anymore.
