True but not immediately from memory ie Fast Ring users tested it first.

Here only two days - barely enough for the digital paint to dry.

Must not have been many problems with 14393 for the Slow Ring to get it only 2 days after the Fast Ring. Dona tweeted yesterday that she's been on 14393 for several days and has had "zero issues." Is that the RTM I hear off in the distance and coming this way?

A few years ago I watched a review on TV and they showed how the megapixel cameras were really more hype than anything else. When the enlarged photos of both a high and lower pixel image they were just about the same quality.
I think I saw that. I don't remember all the details but I do remember them saying that it was more of a advertising gimmick then anything else.

We're getting very close to the release date. They need to make sure it's ready.

Looks like they just compiled a patch for 14393, 14393.3. Wonder if 14393 really is RTM and just patches released from this point forward.

That was mostly the difference with sub megapixel and up to 3MP. Difference between 3MP and 15MP is visible at high magnifications specially with projectors but also with macro photography. Problem with phones and small factor cameras is their optics which are not up to par with resolution. You may even end up with sharper image at lower resolutions.
Some Hasselblad Hasselblad camera with 3MP is always going to make better picture than a phone with 15MP.

Now that it's just bug fixes, I'm not surprised slow ring is catching up to fast ring.
