Hold power button down till it goes off. After starting back up check for updates.

I've been crossing my fingers. Mine seemed to just randomly crash, no rhyme or reason. Right now I'm running with the stock Windows installed drivers. I have a couple drivers in my windows updates listed as failed though. Realtek sound, Intel WIFI card, and something else. Everything is working though. The only thing I had to install was the ASUS Smart Gesture Utility. Without that I have no scroll function on my touchpad.
