This is what Neowin has to say about it.

Another build of Windows 10, build 10102, has found its way to the web in what has been a week of consistent leaks around the OS. The latest version comes to us from China, and is from the winmain branch, although this ISO only includes the local Chinese language pack.

Even though the build number is higher than the previous items we had seen leaked, this one does not have all of the features that were shown off in 10074, so unless you want to download the build to add it to your collection, it's likely better to stay with the other build that leaked.

I agree.. 10074 is running so well I don't want to mess it up.

Unless MS releases a build through Windows update I'll stay with build 10074 for awhile. I still have a lot to try in this build.

OK ... got it sorted ...

Searching for an update to the tool, I ran across NTLite. Trying to use that, I discovered that the ESD is encrypted and the NTLite site provided a download to the ESD Decrypter tool. Ran that, and it created an ISO.

Then, I went back to searching and found the download for the ESDtoISO tool, downloaded it, uncompressed it -- and discovered it runs the ESD Decrypter tool. Ran it, and (at present), it too is creating an ISO file.
