    windows update not completely turned off , i just change setting from auto update to notify me when update available.

    but i still have a question about what Microsoft said
    If you have installed earlier updates, only the new fixes that are contained in this package will be downloaded and installed on your computer
    if i download update through windows update section it just download 200MB new fixes?
