We should be very near the RTM build. If I'm recalling correctly, Insiders are supposed to get the Anniversary Update before general release. Was it 2 weeks before? If exactly 2 weeks, that would be on July 19, only 11 days from now.
This has been posted before, but here it is again. Insider 14383 is pretty close to what Anniversary will be. Watermark is gone. Lot's of little bugs fixed. Maybe 2-3 (or 4!!) more Insiders before they shove it in the frig to gel!

In build news: today we are releasing Build 14383 for both PC and Mobile to Windows Insiders in the Fast ring. On PC, you will notice a few things are different with this build. For example, the desktop watermark is now gone. This is because we’re beginning to check in final code in preparation for releasing the Windows 10 Anniversary Update to customers on August 2nd. But we’re not finished yet and will have more builds to release to Windows Insiders between now and then. Remember you guys play a big role in helping us decide which are the final *final* bits that we ship globally.

We are supposed to receive a few more builds before Redstone is released. The count down is on and we have to do our part so MS can release a build that is ready for the general public. :)

I wouldn't do that! Why don't you start one of those polls?

Insider, maybe... current build for Joe Public should stay down in the 10xxx series.

It'll be 14xxx - it's not going to revert to 10xxx, I just can't see them rolling it back like that for Joe Public - too much confuseion. Build numbers are less important to Joe Public anyway. It's going to be version number 1607.
