I just did a clean install. It is running smoother and a lot of the bugs are gone from the update version.

The new build used stealth tactics on me yet again. I set Windows Defender to run a full scan while I cleaned an area of carpet and had lunch, about three hours in all and when I got back to the pc, it had 10061 just finishing. I was really annoyed with Microsoft the other day when I was working online and I paused to make a cup of tea. When I got back about 7 minutes later, Windows had updated something and my work was lost. I put in a feedback complaint for that.

Yep, I've had complaints about Windows' intrusion when I was doing something else important! Not a good thing at all, and I also gave feedback.

no luck, Badrobot, in Tablet Mode or not.....

So anyone guys, can i alter the register to get what i want.

This is a technical preview, the point of which is to test it as is, not necessarily how you may want it. Changing the registry defeats the whole purpose of a technical preview.

Sorry, but the entire point of the TP is to test/play with and provide feedback on what each user would like to have.

...based on what you're given, not what you make up.

Based on what's in the TP at the point of the latest build, in this case 10061. MS wants feedback to provide the customers what they want now and in the future. Making tweaks to the registry is all well and good but it's far from the main purpose of the TP, IMO.

Isn't that what I just said? Registry tweaks take you away from the intended build.

It does but there is really nothing wrong with testing them either.
