Windows 10 Technical Preview Build 10061 now available

My PC must be restless or somethin.
It's excited to be running W10.

Okay so here's my situation:
Installed v10061, BSOD trying to install TCP/IP printer. Went into a BSOD loop with failure on Atheros wrls driver athwb.sys Thread-exception-not handled". Did a refresh, and that driver has been replaced by athwn.sys and a new netathr.inf. Now it's booting up, connected to wrls, printer is installed, but lots of problems:
no search/Cortana
start button is non-functional
system restore was turned off
Toshiba in Devices and Printers has a bang on it - unknown device (I think this is the Toshiba Hot Keys. They installed in v10041 but not now.)
Windows Update is configured to never install drivers and I can't change it
No access to feedback or insider
Beta store doesn't work
The option to scan devices when connected to the computer is gone from Defender(?)
Rendering in Firefox is buggy
Had to install Classic Shell just to get around.
I had a notification a little while ago that "features were being added" and "this may take a while"....now, I see Programs is highlighted in the Classic Shell start menu, and the new item is windows\system32\fodhelper.exe, IDK - it's still dated 4-11-15, so I don't understand. I tried adding features to windows, but it wants another keycode, so that's not it.
So, is there another way to get this feedback to MS since I don't have access to it anymore through the OS?
and, anyone have any ideas how I can get this stuff working?

simrick. Did you clean install with ISO at boot up? That has been fixing a lot of things in this build.

Lin, because I hate touchpads, I disable those and use a wireless mouse.
hi Wynona; Do we have to download touch-pad update even if your PC doesn't have touch pad option?

Yes, I did.

Ummm, I wouldn't think so, if there's no touchpad. :)
However, if there's an update for your existing touchpad, I would let it download and install, just in case I got caught without my mouse or if its batteries quit.

If you use Hibernation it will take up as much disk space as you have memory. I have never used it. This is what I have been told by the so called experts on The Net.
-
SSDs made Hibernation obsolete on HDDs it still makes sense.

Maybe so but I do not have an SSD.
