I use an old app called the IE New Window Maximizer 24 and at first the browser windows despite which browser would all max out when seeing a second or third window open as well as with the first. For the first Windows still needs to remember where you had each browse maximized or not when closed to open up the same.

Since I moved the main pc to the Slow ring I am still scheduled for the 372 and will need to see that go on and move to the Fast ring in order to get the latest on at this time. The second remote pc however is now finishing up seeing this one going on.

I've just done two new builds today, I have had broadband problems and have not switched on the Insider preview for a few days. I had the previous build running for all of five minutes before the 14379 was offered.

well, had some problems for the first time in over 6 months of upgrades; basically, after installing the latest build, I wasn't getting any screens to show up; figured it was a star-dock/window blinds thing, and booted to safe and removed it, and got the computer working again.
but now, when I check for updates, it tries to re download it, and throws this error
    "Error 0x80240031"

I am still on 14376, so it never really installed the latest version, but I don't know how to get it to try again and actually download it..
Didn't touch anything else, and my setups/upgrades have worked flawlessly for many many months until this

    suggestions appreciated!

    thanks

I never maximise it so gave it a try. Yes, it chops the top off!

It chops all 4 edges off by 1 pixel.

On the second pc just the 379 while the main having just seen the 372 go on and immediate check for updates is now seeing the 379 downloading. You will likely be seeing the 38x build in a few more days by how fast each newer build is being seen while the RS1 anniversary update will be the last for the main following a planned clean install.
