    Hi,

Got it... Coming up with a sensible strategy for OneDrive and all these other 'cloud' services is not always straightforward.
    True.
Yet if you have a look at how some people work with their puters and One Drive.... Makes me cringe.
Scenarios bound to go haywire... Sigh.

    Anywho.... We're way of topic.

    Cheers,

Any idea on how to get the text on file icons to align to the center as they did in previous builds? I know it's more of a nitpick than a critical issue, but I'm not a fan on the said left-aligned filenames scheme on Explorer.

    Hi,

Right click the Taskbar and launch Taskmanager. Select StartUp and Look if there are two Onedrive lines present. If so disable one of them.

    Cheers,
Just thought I'd let you know in the end, decided to do a "Reset PC" in recovery and all back to normal now. must have been a corrupted install/glitch. But like to say thanks again for helping, also thanks to Barman58, F14tomcat andKari:)

Well I did 2 machines and it went smooth. I noticed right away that performance was increased noticeably on both machines. Windows 10 is faster and Edge is faster even after setting up ad blocker.
I had to re-install Norton on one of the computers and that seems to be fixed, however another problem has now appeared. During the boot cycle I am getting some noise (screeching noise) from my SoundBlaster through my speakers that last for 2-3 seconds and the goes away.

After multiple re-boots I can finally get the latest version of Firefox to connect to the network.

Well I haven't been following the insider preview but I am a bit underwhelmed at what MS churned out in a year.

At least they appear to have finally fixed SFC and opencl.dll issue.

Sorry for being a stickler, but MSFT released this in LESS than a year. They started working on this update after the November Update or Version 1511.

Still had not received the AU after 24 hours, so around 8:00pm this evening I used the "Learn More" link in Windows Update. No .iso involved. The update helper just directly downloaded and installed the update on my PC. The only glitch I've run into is that the update uninstalled Classic Shell menu, stating incompatibility. I just grabbed the latest version from their site and it installed and works with no problems. So far so good. Tomorrow I'll do my two laptops.
