Okay. I thought I was updating as an insider all along but apparently not.

I'm using the Windows 10 Upgrade Assistant (Windows10Upgrade28084.exe) to upgrade. Will this be 1607 (OS Build 14393.0)? My internet is slow & my download is showing 65%, so another hour or so before it's finished.

Also, will there be an ISO file that I can use for my laptop PC as well?

Did you upgrade to Windows 10 in the last month? If so you may have to wait until 30 days after the upgrade.
Nope. All of these were updated to Windows 10 when it became available last year.

    OK try Autoruns from Microsoft

It is a little daunting at first as it by default shows every command related to startup Apps, addons and the like

select the Login Tab and it will normally show everything that starts when you login to windows

If you see something suspicious ( an additional link to OneDrive in your case), you can simply uncheck the tick on the left of the entry and close autoruns then reboot and the extra shroud not show

if it does then you may need to re-run Autoruns and uncheck other entries until you get the correct result for you - once you are happy with the way your system is running, give it a day or so, and you can then go back into autoruns and right click on your disabled item(s) and choose delete although this is not essential
Totally agree Barman. I've used Autoruns for years now from before it was absorbed into Microsoft and always found it the best for controlling what runs at startup.
As TC states in a later post it does need to be run as Administrator or any changes you make won't stick.

I was impressed with download speed, I didn't expect ms to be prepared for demand but the working on updates has been chugging for a good while, only 61% at mo. Keeping everything crossed still
Well did you have it set to use MS servers? Remember there are 2 settings for receiving the updates one where you DL diretly from MS and the other uses the technology much like torrents where it downloads for bits and pieces from PC's on the internet. Having 2 options makes it faster for everyone.

DONT DO IT !!!!!! The update is a piece of garbage !!!!! Updated two computers and am having major issues with both of them. Edge does not launch 50% of the time. IE is extremely slow. Norton Security quit working on one computer. Firefox refuses to connect to the Internet on both computers. These are just some of the issues.

Hate what they did to the START MENU. I just got use to the Windows 10 Version and they changed it without the option to switch back. At least I have not been able to find a way to revert back to the old one.

Just go to Settings / Update and Security / Recovery... It is the second option from top: Go back to an earlier build.

Well I did 2 machines and it went smooth. I noticed right away that performance was increased noticeably on both machines. Windows 10 is faster and Edge is faster even after setting up ad blocker.

Thanks OldMike. I was hoping there would an file being downloaded on my desktop to either transfer to my laptop or create an ISO. At this point I've already downloaded 78% on my PC from a slow internet service (I live out in the country) so I'll just do the same process as I'm doing now for the laptop.
