You don't have to move whole programs folder to another drive. During program's/game installation choose to install it on secondary drive. If you change just drive letter, program will make it's default folder on it leaving only small amount of files on system disk.
Thank you. But, you are missing the point. I want my main game on the SSD! I move all other non-essential games to the secondary drive.

It WAS removing it in the past updates, but not on our last 2 I believe.
I know it was a big deal back in November.

But I also remember folks being able to reinstall and use it even after the update removed it.

Hi, I've applied the update trought Windows Update, everthing works fine, no problem. Now, if I want to create an ISO of the installation files, It's ok if I use ESDtoISO?. I ask because after if I do that the files on the ISO are no the same as the files on the $WINDOWS.~BT folder (There are more files there). For example, the work or the store folder. (The final ISO file is 3,095,258 KB)

    Thanks

    Success:

It didn't clobber my default programs...kept Chrome, Windows Media Player, VLC, etc. Everything is where it was.

It threw up a notification that I had to fix Microsoft apps on other devices for them to work on this computer, but I don't think I even have any Microsoft apps on my phone.

Cortana's "Ask me anything" is back on the toolbar, but clicking on and typing still uses the non-Cortana search (yay!).

It seems to be a little faster, but that could be just "confirmation bias".

Should the Notification Icon, show a little preview of the App that is giving the notification, sure I read it does

When I get Notifications, the icon turns white and I get a badge with a number, but no little preview of the App sending it

So far I updated my desktop only to the AU. Took about 40 minutes this morning and I was pleased to see that it went fairly painlessly.

I have User folders on my D: drive, several internal HDDs and SDDs, a Creative Sound Card, an NVIDIA 980 video card, and a PCI Firewire card connected to an M-Audio Firewire 410 audio interface device. I also run WS12R2E as my home file server.

    Post install...
    - like the Dark Theme... something neat
    - Defender icon is always present on the Taskbar... annoyance that I'm sure I can 'unpin' to fix
    - uses the Creative, NVIDA, and Firewire devices just fine which tells me it retained my existing installed device drivers
    - WS12R2E Connector appeared to have been removed.
    * I'm guessing that simply installing it again should re-establish the connections to the server and will try this evening
    - partitions appeared to remain intact; will verify tonight
    - will WU for the .10 update this evening.

So far so good! Have two lappies and another desktop to update as well.

Probably wrong place - But :-
"...Microsoft is retiring the TechNet Subscriptions service and discontinued sales on August 31, 2013. Subscribers with active accounts may continue to access program benefits until their current subscription period concludes.
Eligible subscribers with active accounts as of September 1, 2013 will receive a free, one-time, 90 day subscription extension.
More background on Microsoft’s decision is available on the TechNet Subscriptions homepage

I was there looking for Hash values... I wonder if the whole shebang disappears in 90 days or so ?
