Co-worker just confirmed that the new MCT is indeed the anniversary update version. I'm using WU currently on 3 p.c.'s so haven't had a chance to give it a try.

For us Insiders, we will now enter a hiatus until RS2 builds are released. Phew! Fast Ring builds are exciting, but MSFT has certainly lived up to the Fast Ring name.

yes if need a clean install that one then do windows update to get 14393.10

That's what I said in an earlier post. This is a great day for the non-Insider 1511 folks, but for us Insiders, we're already there.

In the hidden Windows ~WS folder on C: drive (whatever that folder name is, something close to that), when you run MCT and get to the point where you select which language and edition you want, you will find a products.xml file in that folder. Open that file with Wordpad and look at the folder names and file names listed in the xml file and you can determine what build it will download.

You may not get that Windows ~WS folder until you run MCT - but you do not have to start downloading.
