A pal of mine in Germany downloaded official vlsc iso yesterday. It initally was .0, then upgraded to 0.5 immediately, and overnight upgraded to .10.

We will almost certainly jump straight to .10 as that is the beauty of the windows 10 cumulative updates - you do not have to daisy chain updates.

Yeah, that crossed my mind too. Like this:

But if the CDN networks (like Akamai) that Microsoft use have strategic global locations to balance load, maybe it doesn't matter too much? For example, if you're in Australia the update isn't necessarily being served from American or European servers anyway.

Yup, checked products.xml - and all I see are links to the latter

Same, my laptop at work received a cumulative (was on latest fast build) to 14393.10, took less than a min including restart.
