Created iso using MCT and its size is 3.38GB but the iso file from direct download link is having 4.079GB. What is the difference? Is the iso created by MCT corrupt?

I think MCT verifies the download on completion (someone confirm).

MCT has a smaller download size because it is a compressed iso that you are downloading making for easier downloading. When MCT unpacks it, it should become bigger...
Been out of loop for a while,can I still get this update? Running version 1511 now,is this a free upgrade?. Are their a lot of changes or should I stick to my current version.
