    I would argue that after downloading the iso that the MCT downloads, to mount the iso and check the details tab on the setup.exe file inside the iso...

    You can argue if you want to, but if you want to know what you are going to get before you download a 4 GB file, it's the products.xml file that is going to tell you. The products.xml file tells MCT where to go and what file to fetch.
