    heidoc


    Be careful using heidoc, used their iso downloader and got a virus. Had to wipe disk and start over just to be safe.

    The Heidoc downloader simply pulls the ISOs from MS servers. You got the virus someplace else.

    I wouldn't count on that. Windows Update and BITS both run as LocalSystem. That means, if they want to, they can reset those permissions. The only question is, whether or not they will do that or just assume they can access the files and fail if they can't.

    They may get their downloads from ms servers, I had saved the iso downloader to documents for later use, the next day windows defender caught the virus and removed it and said the virus was from the iso downloader it also removed the downloader. Not saying heidoc is not good just this is what happened in my case.

    SO wait I need to do a new install today for windows 10 on a home machine. Is there a way to get the Full iso with the new bits on it or do I need to do windows 10 standard than wait for update tomorrow? I have HeiDOC file but I dont see newest version anywhere?
