I have already read that Chinese language versions are not yet updating though English versions I'm China are, so there may be multiple criteria in play
I successfully downloaded a Chinese version yesterday.

Hate what they did to the START MENU.
I am using the following Start menu instead of the Windows 10 Start menu.
Classic Shell - Start menu and other Windows enhancements

I would suggest that you contact Microsoft Support as advised they should be able to get you updated, If they cannot at least try to get as much information from them as to the nature of the issue and we may then be able to assist

Hi Barman, thanks for your quick response. I was thinking of performing a "Reset PC" first before asking them for help. Do you think this is a good idea? Thanks again...

Windows 10 version 1607 build 14393.10 has issues running scheduled backups with Macrium Reflect 6. This is due to the legacy task scheduler API used by the program. The Macrium folks are looking into it.

A reset could solve the issue but I can't say either way and the problem is without knowing the issue it could make it worse
