Here’s what happens after the July 29th free Windows 10 offer ends

4)Would there be a way (on the new Windows 10 laptop) that i could actually do the clean install of the system without the bloatware, from the system itself, without having to even bother using the media creation tool?

5) Lastly, is the product key (activation) on new windows 10 computers imbedded in the bios and if so will will that mean the install will not ask me for an activation key?

#5 is the answer - Win 10 of that edition would install and activate on a clean install...

Yes, you can, and probably that would be the easiest.

I would do the custom install and delete all partitions, so that you are installing to an unallocated drive.

Sure, it would be okay.

Nope. The recovery partition on OEM-installed systems includes all their bloatware.

As long as you are installing the same flavor (Home/Pro), it will activate automatically. Once a system has had W10 installed and activated on it, you can reinstall as often as you need/want. If it asks for a key during installation, just select "I don't have a key", and continue on.

Uninstalling all the junk, usually leaves stuff behind. It looks like its all gone but files and reg entries can be left behind. Another side effect is, if you log in for the first time with Microsoft ID, all those factory installed Apps immediately get added to your "My Apps" section of your store account. Even if you never launch them and immediately uninstall them. Once that happens they are there forever. You can't delete them from your Store account.

EDIT: I ditched the OEM factory install on my laptop ages ago and haven't looked back.

The latest rumor is after the 29th, if you haven't done the free upgrade, you will automatically be rolled back to Windows 3.1 and given a complementary, totally free for the life of the device, edition of Microsoft BOB.

Some on the Windows 7 and 8 forums, would likely say, it could be worse, lol. On the plus side, all the nags to upgrade, and the GWX App will hopefully be history.
