Nope. Downloaded from the ISO Microsoft made available. I haven't a clue as to why only 9926 was available to me this AM.
Build 10041 is installed and working properly as far as I can tell. I did have to go into Device Manager and do the Bluetooth thing again. Guess I'll have to do that until Windows 10 picks it up for this machine.
Microsoft is always at least several builds ahead of what we have. There are two programs that are several builds behind Microsoft and ahead of what we get also; one is the TAP program and another is a Corporate Program (can't remember the name). There is another test group that gets builds even ahead of Corporate and TAP.
The following build numbers are purely hypothetical.
So, let's say we here have Build 100. TAP and Corporate will haveBuild 105. The Special Test Group will have Build 110 while Microsoft will be testing (internally) Build 115. In a particular beta test / Technical Preview, a tester will discover a bug, report it and be told, "The issue has been fixed in a future build [that we don't have yet]."
So, although only one person has "seen" anything about Build 10061, and Microsoft is working on Build 10066, nothing is impossible in the world of betas, or Technical Previews.
I hope you're right, but as far as I've heard 10061 wasn't polished enough to be released to insiders. So, although only one person has "seen" anything about Build 10061, and Microsoft is working on Build 10066, nothing is impossible in the world of betas, or Technical Previews.
Guy over on MDL seems to have been able to download 10061 from windows update. Hopefully he uploads esd file.
