    THE SECRET?

Just make sure that you don't have the LastPass store app installed. If you have it installed, get rid of it first. You just need the Edge extension. That's how I got it to work. I made the mistake of installing the store app first. Get the extension here.

Edge still absolutely refuses to import my favorites from Chrome. I don't think that's worked since the 1511 update and, even with that build, it imported them backwards.
It does work but it's all kept on a folder called "Imported from Chrome". You have to manually drag the icons to the "Favorites Bar" folder to place them on Edge's Bookmarks Bar.

I had to report this annoying issue...
Anyone else have this delayed popping up of Start Menu?

I'm having the same issue here. Also, Edge behaves the same way. Used to be snappy.

Booted to Windows 10 as soon I saw there was a new build while in Linux (I dual boot). Pretty smooth and very fast upgrade.

However I have some questions. I use Greatis Regrun to notify me of any changes to startup programs or services. Every time I upgrade the following new services are installed/reinstalled
    1) Program Compatibility Assistant Services
    2) Superfetch
    3) Windows Search
    5) Hyper-V Virtual Machine Management

Now unless somebody can tell me otherwise Superfetch and Windows Search are not needed and not recommended for SSD drives which is where Windows 10 (and Linux for that matter) run on. This is a bug in the Windows 10 hardware detection programs I think.

I don't use the Program Compatibility Assistant since any freeware or shareware I use is certified as compatibile with Windows 10. This service is also a small hit on performance.
I have purposfull disabled all the Hyper-V services since I am running VMware WS and Virtualbox. Now because Hyper-
V and Docker containers are a new feature in this build I'll uninstall both of those virtualization programs and give Hyper-V another shot.
Still I don't like it that Windows still thinks it knows better than me what startup programs and services I need.

Also I figure I will do a clean install of 14361 in the next few days.

BTW I was obviously wrong about even and odd build releases. Still, since I said the Preview would be 14362 or 14360 MS split the difference :)

It's been like that long time now if not even from beginning, Every time new build is installed it sets many defaults no matter if you change them or not. System restore gets turned off, disk defragmenter goes to auto etc.
Superfetch does it's job even on SSD, helps a bit with starting programs and doesn't take much space. Search is tied to Cortana. Program Compatibility Assistant Services are on demand only and don't really have anything to do with SSD.
SSDs have grown up enough so that much more writing is not going to damage them like it was case with first ones.

Mine will not update to 14361 from 14352.
It reaches 3rd stage, displays 76%, then restore build 14352, but does not restore all my settings when it does.

Everything functioning here. Took whole hour to download and install this time because download was limited to ~2Mbps.
