Microsoft surprise 4-5 May

I maybe confused. I use mostly 3rd party software. I use very little Microsoft stuff besides the Operating system. Here is the stuff that I use rarely--Wordpad, Notepad, and Internet Explorer. I do use Microsoft Work 7.0 database a lot but it is checkbook program I made. I am also using sticky notes more.
Internet explorer is still there, just look for it, in what is called the app menu now. I.E. is not pinned to taskbar anymore unless you do it yourself.
I am agreeing that we are not supposed to install 3rd party just to make the system work but sometimes we don't have a choice.
I never use IE.

This is where I disagree. You should test Microsoft as well as 3 party software because people will want to know if their favorite programs will work. Even enterprises want to know if there own software program and possible protection program will work with windows 10. That would be very boring to just test only Microsoft stuff 24/7. One day of testing your done. I am testing even single browser that I can find.

Okay. You probably need to read the entire thread. Don't blow your smoke on me. :)
I clearly said I never use IE. That means I am using 3rd party. :)

I just said I disagree. That all, no offense was meant by me or was taken by me.
You are right this has nothing to do with the original topic it is off-topic. Everybody just guessing what the surprise is.
So back to topic.
All,
Maybe this is the surprise

If by CP you mean Consumer Preview, I would say that is as good of a bet as any.

Can't speculate on MS's May 5th surprise, but apparently there's a rumor going around about someone who had a few too may 'bubblies' at MS's 40th Party and spilled the beans about Build 10054 being released right shortly.
Course, that could be it; just a rumor!
