Take a look at the first post Microsoft has begin rolling out Windows 10 PC Build 10586.338 to Windows Insiders in the release preview ring.

This KB will only come through Windows Update if you are on the Insider Preview Release ring. That means you are currently on 10586 and have chosen to be an Insider on the SLOWEST ring, the Preview Release ring. This not the Public general build (currently at 10586.318) or any SLOW or FAST Insider ring. Only Release Preview Ring. It may come out next Tuesday, it may not. It's still being evaluated.
