It will sign out, but even though it saved the account I use for Skype, it won't let me sign in with it.

And, BTW, when I try to give feedback on Skype, Submit is grayed out!

Tested some more, noticed that you don't have to use PowerShell to uninstall / reinstall (reset) Skype Preview.
You can simply uninstall it by right clicking it in Start menu and selecting Uninstall, then download it again from Windows Store, When reinstalled it again defaults to your current Windows sign-in MS account; sign out as I told earlier, then sign in with another Skype / MS account.

As I said, both installs I have of insider will not let me use feedback hub. It keeps asking me to sign in again---over and over--I never signed out. I'd like to send feedback but cannot.

I went to skype.com and installed from there, Kari. I'm now back to where I was before this mess started. I also finally got through to Feedback and gave them an eyefull!
Until they fix that mess, it's gone from my computer and I told them so! This preview is nothing but junk and garbage.

The Skype Preview is an excellent, well working app. I have totally moved over, uninstalled Skype Desktop from my machines.

Maybe for you, Kari, but not for me. When I went to feedback, Skype had the front page all tied up with complaints.
-
Skype reset my modem and I lost connectivity when my webcam failed. Unacceptable. It's gone. Also MS promoted a Linux version of Skype - for 32-bit distros! Even more gone!!

Truly, the only way Skype would reset your modem, would be if your modem is one of the worst on the planet and cannot handle a small amount of traffic.

Skype seems to have me signed up without me registering.
