What's the issue, Jeff? So far, I don't seem smart enough to figure out what's wrong.
From time to time the audio mutes. It's not a big deal since you can adjust the volume and it UN-mutes. I noticed it but I bet MS will be on top of it shortly.

Well, actually, maybe I did notice it, Lin! Maybe?

When we were in our TF Geek meeting Saturday, every so often, especially when Kari was speaking, he'd go silent while his mouth was moving. Then Edwin and Cliff occasionally went silent as well.

Could that be what was happening?

Does it ? Hasn't happened on my system so far.
What it does do is not update the icon in the taskbar correctly when you mute the speakers. No big deal as I'm sure MS can easily fix that.

The issues may vary depending what audio chipset you're using. I'm using a Realtek one and that's not affected much it would seem.

    Cheers,

I bet that MS is aware of this and they're on it by now.
Oh and you don't need a separate thread for this issue,
Its not up to you to decide if someone want's to make a thread for a problem they have.
One of the Moderators will remove it if they think it is unnecessary.

And you don't need to make a post like this one either.
