I didn't have a scroll bar until I minimized Edge. When I went back to full screen the scroll bar remained.
And when I did a spelling correction it disappeared and it required a minimization to reset it.

I have been having the same issue and a sound issue. It seems to mute for no reason.
I think that It's time to get out of the insider program. While it's been fun these small bugs are really annoying.

That's why I decided to stay with a dual boot setup.

I might just do the same. First I need to get my PC set up and then I can decide.

Anybody using Cortana with 14352? I hadn't tried it with past builds, but decided to with this one. Following setup directions to the letter didn't make it work. Got as far as reading a half dozen segments for voice check. Cortana indicated success. But after the setup completed, nothing. "Hey Cortana" delivers only silence.

Yes, that's on. "Respond best" beneath it is set To me (I went through the Learn my voice procedure with Cortana successfully).

Edit: I finally got it working spasmodically. I'm thinking even a tiny pause is too much between "Hey Cortana" and asking a question. Not much impressed so far. Fewer hoops to jump through just Googling something.

Time for short report after a day or two.

There should be a lot of bug fixes in this build and not much new features. For me, it introduce at least 2 bugs :
    - scroll bar in Edge moves to right and sometimes after that freezes. First who describes this was Kari, I think. Opening new tab sometimes helps. I had example, when scroll bar was on the right for new tab, and on the left for the rest...

    - strange white frame around one of possible selections (first usually):

    - waking from sleep is sometimes painfully slow

SFC / scannow showed some corruptions. Will try to resolve things (including Windows reset) before clean install.
