What I am afraid, is that from the conduct of MS, now every single peace of sheet company will make want they want with their customers. They show the path and how to do it. They just put an Update there , to **** people and saying is "Security" for you.
About the EULA, well, it should be restrict to the very normal Copyright thing. But, they expand it , including things beyond the Copyright, just to full fill their ABUSE of the Customers.
I am ready with Law, they can keep that for them selfes, if they like.

The impressive increase came after Microsoft began what will likely be its last big push to put the free Windows 10 on customers' PCs, a campaign that started mid-May and featured a much-derided trick to get users to approve the upgrade from Windows 7 and Windows 8.1.
According to U.S.-based analytics vendor Net Applications, Windows 10 powered 19.4% of all Windows PCs in May, a 2.1-point increase from the month before. Net Applications measures user share -- an estimate of the percentage of the global PC population that runs a particular operating system -- by tallying unique visitors to clients' websites.
The 2.1-point rise in user share was the second largest one-month gain for Windows 10, bested only by August 2015's whopping 5.3 percentage points. Microsoft released Windows 10 on July 29 of last year.
Microsoft's own guidelines for dialogue boxes say the red X should NEVER have the same effect as OK.
- The Close button on the title bar should have the same effect as the Cancel or Close button within the dialog box. Never give it the same effect as OK.
- If the title bar caption and icon are already displayed in a prominent way near the top of the window, you can hide the title bar caption and icon to avoid redundancy. However, you still have to set a suitable title internally for use by Windows.

Is windows 10 actually installing without user intervention, offering roll back on refusing the licensing agreement would mean surely that it is already installed in the sense that all the files have been put on the computer in question, and windows 7/8.1 files removed to another place ?
That's pretty close to what happens. The without user intervention part is IMHO debatable. I clicked the RED X and immediately got a second smaller Windows with one more opt out option. It said "Your all set! Your free upgrade is scheduled for... Nothing happened until that date and time arrived. It happened overnight so the next morning I got a "Welcome to Windows 10" screen", clicking Next got me a "Here's the legal stuff page". I clicked Decline and it did the rollback. How far alone it is in the install is hard to say?
