In the past Windows Update would display a notice but would not attempt an upgrade.

The primary delivery method of the November update was Windows Update. There is no reason to believe that will change for the Anniversary update.

I hope a large notice will be displayed in advance of the Anniversary update and will disappear only if the user closes it.

How does this effect users?... W7 users with only 2gb ram after the Vista debacle?....TPM only effects Bitlocker which only W10Pro support....reckon they run out of news to print and concocted this article as a space filler.
