Ever since it launched the Windows Insider program in October 2014, Microsoft has been saying on every single occasion that Windows 10 is built with customer feedback, emphasizing that the community dictates what’s good and bad in the operating system.
And since this is indeed a great approach that can only please the Windows fan base, Microsoft is making another change in order to receive as much feedback as possible.
The Feedback Hub is becoming available to absolutely all Windows 10 users, on both PC and mobile, no matter if they’re running a preview build of the operating system or not.

The Feedback Hub has become the one destination for every suggestion that users want to send to Microsoft but was previously exclusively available for insiders who were running preview builds and had tons of feedback for the company.
But starting this week, the Feedback Hub is being offered to retail users as well, which kind of makes sense, given the fact that they might want to get in touch with the company too and share their thoughts on specific features of the operating system.
