Windows 10 Technical Preview Build 10049 now available

ok I cannot find Spartan anywhere, not on taskbar so where is it? not in programs, I have the lastest tech preview.
also it took 5 hours to install over the other version and is real slow

It should be in All Apps-Project Spartan.

Make sure of no pending updates, do a restart, make Spartan your default browser.

no build 10049 for slow ring

The slow ring will get it with the next update as well as the fast ring. So, yes there should be an ISO.
