I think each build is getting worse. JMO. I now was trying it in a virtual machine. I think I am out of options. Windows 10 has to many bugs. Yes, I except bugs but you would think Microsoft by now would be able to release a stable version of windows 10, especially if they are planning a release to consumers by September.

Unfortunately, you are having bad luck. There are many members that have had few problems - I for one! I have installed all 4 builds on two desktop computers. On my home computer, which originally came with Vista Home Premium 64 bit, I am dual booting with Windows 8.1.1. On my other desktop at my computer club, I have done the same but I upgraded and clean installed. Are my installations bug free? No! But the builds have not caused me frustration.
Just thought I'd balance out members experiences with my own.

Unable to change or update DNS servers, TCP/IPv4 Properties button greyed out on 10049. Any ideas?

Yeah, there seems to be networking issues with 10049.

Perhaps it's unimportant but the look of the apps is becoming increasingly more boring looking!

Yeah, I think it might have to do with whether you do a clean install or update. I did a clean install of 10041 and I'm having few problems so far.

As for the look, yeah. Some things look kind of boring. I mean, the task bar doesn't even have transparency anymore.

I've read somewhere that someone else did. That's because of the korean language pack? You may need to get rid of it (the language pack).

And again as with 10041 I needed to reinstall Mail, following this: How to fix Mail, Calendar, and People apps in Windows 10 Preview Build 10041 | Windows Central

These apps need to work better, otherwise they're annoying and mostly unwanted by MS's billion+ desktop users. I find it annoying that I have to work hard to get the few apps I like to work right, and even then they don't work half the time.
