For Seven and Eight there is a special edition of Windows for Korean market marked KN, for instance Windows 8.1 Pro KN, Those files are included in the KN editions due some local regulations.
It looks as if the upgrade when done from Windows Update instead of using the ISO somehow is thinking it's a KN edition and adds those files.
I did a test last night.
My first 10049 is an upgraded 10041 from 9926. I did a clean install of 10049 from the ISO I created myself and the biggest problem I had is the one that I really care about... home networking. After the installation, I don't see all other devices on my network right away. Tried to do every fix I found online but nothing worked. Thinking that it was just a bad installation, I did a second clean install from the same ISO I made which resulted in the same issue. So, that only leaves me to think that the ISO itself is not in good shape. I just restored back the image of the previous upgraded 10049 that I have and the networking problem went away. Now I can see everything again in my network (all 7 devices). But I really want a clean installation (don't ask me why, maybe just an OC thing). Instead of creating a new ISO, I just downloaded the 10041 from MS site and upgraded it to 10049 and everything is good.
This is a lesson learned for me. A double upgraded OS isn't always going to give you a clean ISO. Maybe, that is not always the case, but it's a waste of time going through a messy installation trying to fix an issue. I just download the previous ISO available (10041) and do the upgrade from there. And everything is working great. 7 devices appeared right away after the installation. But of course, not everybody cares about networking. But it may not be just a networking problem. There could be something else which I did not find out because I am already frustrated with the networking issue I had.
The next thing I need to do is to find out if an upgraded 10041 to 10049 will give me a "clean" ISO this time (and we all know it should).
I'll find out tonight just to satisfy my curiosity.

For those that got these apps on the desktop, deleting them is not enough,we have to clear files too,Right click on the shortcuts in the "start" / "all apps" menu and select "open file location" and delete

I did a clean install of 10041 on a Dell Inspiron 530. Took less than an hour. Started the online upgrade to 10049 at 5 PM yesterday, at 10 PM it was at 23%. . Let it run all night. Had a look this morning it's showing 30 % Setting up a few more things. I think its locked up/frozen. It just sat there like that for over an hour, no hard drive activity. Did a forced shut down. On boot up it showed "Attempting to recover installation" and then went to "Restoring your previous version of Windows...." . Now I get to watch the juggling balls for hours and hours. Might be quicker just to pull the plug and start over again.
I suspect it has something to do with dell systems. Has the 10049 iso be released yet? If not, there is a way to do but you need to do a clean install. I can't go into right now, but if it fails, ask me and I will tell how I did it later got to run some errands. I ran into the some of same problems you have.
