    I can confirm this issue.

I did setup taskbar on secondary monitor and when switching Users, taskbar is reverted back to primary.

Not my usual setup, so not an issue for me.
What I can also confirm is after switching between users trying to recreate this (I had problems as I could not get my monitor to work) is again we have the problem of all your desktop icons jumping back up to the top left after switching users (and/or possibly monitors).

I seem to remember you had this issue before and it was fixed a few builds ago. Oh well. Seems it is back again.

Not the end of the world I guess.

No, it's not. It's just small annoyance.

Hate to disappoint you, but it wasn't me, or was just something similar. No big deal. :)

There was a problem with snipping tool, that was connected to multiple displays, if I remember correctly. Icons stay put on my monitors.

Here's a link to the Microsoft documentation page for WSL This is an excellent and pretty comprehensive document with many links.

I'm having a big problem here, and I can't find any solution, since Build 14316 I cannot upgrade to any other build, what happens is that is simply doesn't finish the setup process after part 3, where all the phrases on the monitor appear, at some points it restarts and it never tells me "We are done" "Let's start" and once it reboots it freezes or keeps reebooting, therefore I'm forced to go back to the previous build.

    Anyone has experienced something similar?

    Thanks for any reply.

    defender Updates

Well the first thing my install did was to try and download the latest definition file.

Slight problem it's OFF, using panda, which is identified under Security.

    Error code 0x80070643.

    The bigger problem tho
IT WILL retry later not good if your on a metered connection

This was a WU install, Panda was on previous version

You know, I've been in this business for over 35 years, and I've seen some strange twists and turns in the tech. But I never thought I'd see the day when one would download software and wait for it to hydrate, like Sea Monkeys or something... And yet, here we are! I can only wonder what other delights are yet to come!
I'm still trying to figure out how they do the digital water thing...

    Again no luck...
As Kari said, you no longer have the directory. My guess would be that you cleaned up and checked the box for deletion that removes the Windows.~bt folder--there are two boxes for major cleanup--one of them for Windows.old that on my system shows ~16GBs; and the other marked "Windows installation files" of ~1-2GBs I believe--if you check that box it will remove the .~bt folder (I've noticed.) Leave the box blank and the .~bt folder will stay put. If you run cleanup in the absence of those directories, neither will show up there, of course.

Insyde H2O EFI BIOS on a netbook I used to have springs to mind.

Perhaps that is the source of the hydration?
