If no-one answers first I'll test it in about 30 minutes when my wife has finished with her soap opera fix.
    Thanks in advance :)

By the way (for @badrobot, @Fafhrd above) + R and entering C:\$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources works fine. No need to enable hidden directories if you define where they are.

Similarly you can enter + R and enter %localappdata%\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache which is a system folder. If you know where it is then you are OK - you don't have to enable view in folder options.
You can also skip the Run dialog completely and simply open File Explorer, then type for instance C:\$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources or %localappdata%\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache or any other path containing hidden folders in addressbar and hit Enter to open it.

Folder option authority should not matter then as you (should) have authority to the contents (I'm on 14342 Pro btw).

That don't have to be unselected in order to show the $WINDOWS.~BT folder. Showing the hidden files and folders is enough.

Even the hidden files and folders do not need to be shown if you simply enter the path in File Explorer and hit Enter:

    (Click / tap to enlarge.)

In screenshot you can see the hidden items are not shown, but the $WINDOWS.~BT folder is opened when the path has been entered in File Explorer.

The message you get is quite clear: you don't have that folder! The advice given to show the folder is of course only valid if the folder exists.

Hey Kari, I just looked and I don't have taskbar on other 2 monitors either. This is just one account. Taskbar flashes for a second when I try to set it on or off. That's only when it's set to auto hide..

Sorry, I don't get it: the question is not if Taskbar is shown on other displays or not. The issue is that when Taskbar is only shown on secondary display, primary display having no Taskbar, after a user switch it will be moved to wrong (primary) display.
