I get what your saying, but in this case, all they took away was the ability to turn off a feature. Things are going to change with the current way Windows is updated. I'm not saying I agree with it, but Windows is going to evolve with each new build.

Well in the Enterprise you don't want workers to be able to install software. My company only gives admin rights to install software to the desktop support people. Im in applications and I can't install software at most of the workers PC's. Now if they are my clients then I have admin right and can install. But this is in Windows 7 environment and we will have to adapt when we move to Windows 10.
