Since BunnyJ said he was interested in Linux Mint, I was just telling him a abbreviated version on how to Install Linux Mint and how to the keep installing windows 10 build release. The build release of windows 10 won't install if grub is installed, I know that from experience. You will get an install error. Windows updates are not an issue with grub. If you don't get the right disto for your system you won't be happy. This is why windows 10 should have installable desktops. I think if windows 10 had installable desktops, linux would loose market share even more, even with the possibility of Windows 10 becoming subscription based.
the real favcs are that even if your copy of 7, 8, 8.1 is pirated you will be able to upgrade in the hopes that you will decide to purchase. now as for what microsour should of done with 10 is gotten rid of 32 bit once and for all, and offered ONLY 64 bit and 128 bit. now from articles i've read and shared 10 is going to have some very nice features over 8 and 8.1.
A lot of windows 7 users wouldn't be able to upgrade to windows 10 if 32 bit was not available. Same with Vista and Xp users.
