My wife got a Notebook so I've been setting up a server with NAS4Free on her old PC. The jargon is pretty daunting but I found some good websites with install guides so I'm up and running.

My tuppence worth on 14332: The only issue at the moment is that EDGE closes if I right click in EDGE.
My doesn't. Works as usual but not using it much.

So far I find that Edge works just fine and I use it all of the time for this forum.

There you go, people having troubles with it may have some other problems too. I have 0 problems with 332 or at least no more than before it. Still having problem with downloading APPs with firewall on but that's dragging for last few versions.

Seems to me that more people have problems with Edge than that don't have any problems with Edge.

That's hard to really tell. We only know what people report here and the ones that do report on Edge have issues and we don't get members who'll post that it just works.

Hmm, I did. And also asked if somebody would confirm having trouble with saving passwords. But then there was silence.

    Works for me surprisingly well.

Well, I did confirm that edge wont save passwords no matter what I try; once I close it, and open it, the saved password is gone again..

my unscientific poll of everyone I know on windows 10 says that 90% of people dont use it, for its nothing but problems..

sure, its probably fine for use on this forum, if thats all you use it for, but, to use it for all your browsing needs at this point, its by no means the "preferred" choice for anyone that I know...

    Hi,

As it happens, I don't use it. Not so much because of its bugs (I don't experience any so far) but because of its limited use.
It should shout: "Under development" .

IE isn't perfect either, I can make it crash in W10 but that may also be related to the HD4600 Intel drivers I'm using.
No biggie, I just don't open a zillion tabs and it behaves.

    Cheers,

It's strange. I can save my password for this site with no issues. And I haven't done anything special to get Edge to work.

I would bet the vast majority of power users out there use firefox/cyberfox or one of the firefox variants as their main browser on win 10..

with every OS update that comes out, I try to switch to Edge..
