    2 Deck Freecell

    Sometimes mine is there the next day after cold boot etc. but eventually goes away. I would like it to disappear after you click it (Acknowledge the message) Where did you get your solitaire, is it the old MS version or a new app in the store? I don't play many games but like Solitaire. :)
    Download 2 Deck Freecell and you'll delete the others.
    Play until you win...............
    It has unlimited undo............. you gotta win eventually
    My time is between 7 mins and 30 mins................. a real mental workout

    I never knew these had "sub hotkeys". Here's the list (U.S. English):

    A = Admin Command Prompt
    C = Command Prompt
    D = Desktop
    E = File Explorer
    F = Programs and Features
    G = Computer Management
    K = Disk Management
    M = Device Manager
    O = Power Options
    P = Control Panel
    R = Run
    S = Search
    T = Task Manager
    U = Shutdown/Sign out menu
    S = Sleep
    I = Sign Out
    R = Restart
    U = Shutdown
    V = Event Viewer
    W = Network Connections
    Y = System
    I didn't either!
    Damn, what else are they hiding from me??

    I've just tried it and it works for me (in b10041).

    When you press "Windows Logo + X" and then "U", you should see this:
    I get that by right clicking on the Start Menu icon.

    Powershell-Administrative

    Me too.............. but Powershell isn't listed. You have to click on Command Prompt-Administrative and then type powershell to get Powershell-Administrative as a Cmd window. Seems like a long way home for such a simple request?

    Start typing powershell into search, just highlight and pin to Start or Task Bar.

    Edwin, off the subject of this post, but question.... your screen shot shows a panel that looks a lot different than mine. Title is different and options are different. Where is the one you show? Tkx, Dick....

    LOL! I just noticed the lines under the shortcut letter! If it doesn't have a curve, I don't notice it.

    That was in response to adamf's reply to my earlier post:

    Another minor annoyance with the new Start Menu is the Power button.
    ...
    Whatever action I have set for the Power button will be executed (Restart, Shut down, Sleep, etc.).
    I can also hit the Right Arrow key twice and use the "hot key" to choose the other Power actions.

    I don't need to use the mouse or even have my monitor running to do this.

    It was not obvious to me that the new Power button has "hot keys".
    They are underlined but on my screen at least the underlining is so faint I can hardly see it unless I put my nose about 3 cm from the screen....
    I meant in the Start Menu Power button list. :)

    The "Hot Keys" feature has existed in Windows for a very long time.
    It definitely pre-dates XP (probably W98 too but I can't remember that far back).

    The "Windows Logo + X" menu was only recently introduced (W8.1 I believe).

    Powershell secrets.......

    Thanks everybody!
    I knew their secrets would come crawling out of the woodwork sooner or later
    I'm a two-finger, hunt and peck typist so it takes me awhile but there's an old saying "it takes a community to run a computer".
    Or something like that?..............
    Thanks for the help.......... that Powershell thing has been bugging the hell out of me!!!
