How about Mail, People and calendar app? Are those working for you?
The reason I am asking is because when I fixed Mail, Calendar, etc. following this quick workaround, it also fixed the Store Beta which also had the same problem as yours.
The workaround didn't solve the Windows Store problem. Also I have these weird tiles/Apps , maybe these are Mail, People and Calendar (concluding from the colors) ? I cannot use the search feature at all and I can't search for these Apps(Mail,People,Calendar), also I can't find them in the "All apps" menu.

Here is a screenshot indicates both problems (Store and Weird Tiles).

You have to go to Store and reinstall People, Mail and Calendar.

Yup, forgot to mention that... :)
The app should be reinstalled using the "Green" Win Store after the powershell fix.

And then see if the Store Beta also got fixed.

    Exactly.

Just to be sure this gets right: You have to go to the "real" Store (green tile in Start Menu) to reinstall Mail, People & Calendar app. Not the Store Beta (grey tile):

Just tried Store (Beta), works just fine for me. Even downloaded an App (Talking Tom Cat) and it works.

This one is non flying model !!! Reminds me of an old program from Creative, came with first Sound blasters, was called "Parrot" and would repeat any words spoken into microphone.
