No that's cool. Ill download simply the English one and when / if I try it hope for the best. Brummyfan also commented which seems to re inforce English to choose over English international. I just wish the pc manufacturer had set it up initially with the correct country as we are in England after all!!
Contemplating the repair as I have an issue that drives me crazy on the laptop. I got the laptop 3 weeks ago and this has happened since day 1 so was hoping its first cumulative update would fix. MS account related apps, Cortana interests taking ages to login intermittently. Its really annoying us and my sons account cant use edge and IE due to family tracking slowing it down. But that's another thread ...

Can you still take it back for a refund or a new replacement ?
Raise your voice. Stomp your feet. Cry murder.
Then ask for a refund.
I think I missed it. I think had 14 days but I was desperately trying to fix the issue. I'm going to email the manufacturer PC specialist, see if I can get a refund. Don't rate my chances!!!
Scottyboy99 prepare for a lot of waiting time cause this in place upgrade takes forever! It's still running in my PC since my last post and I'm almost having a heart attack :)
The ISO download? Or have you already kicked that off? Doesn't sound like much fun!
